Maintenance Window

If not specified otherwise, we conduct maintenance work starting every Monday at 23:00 (11 p.m.) local Zurich (Switzerland) time.

Communication

The work conducted will be announced beforehand through our status page.

Service Restarts

When a service restart is required, for example, to load updated libraries, the system will do so every Tuesday between 01:00 and 02:00 (1 a.m. to 2 a.m.).

Server Reboots

When a server restart is required, for example, to load a new kernel version, servers are restarted every Tuesday between 01:00 and 02:00 (1 a.m. to 2 a.m.).

Tip

Make sure there is no manual interaction required to start all the required services.
